 We are looking for an FP&A professional to provide accurate financial analysis and reporting, support planning and forecasting processes, and contribute data-driven insights to facilitate effective business decision-making.

If you believe that finance is about being a true Value Partner — then you’re the teammate we’re looking for! You will work closely with Business Unit leaders, Accounting, and Internal Control teams, while reporting directly to the CFO.


Your Mission on the Field:

1. Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Secure Planning Cycles: Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Financial Modeling: Contribute to the development and refinement of financial forecasting models.
  • Variance & Strategy Analysis: Perform regular forecasting vs. budgeting variance analysis, assist in deep-dive reviews, and translate business strategies into financial and extra-financial implications.

2. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Financial Integrity: Ensure accurate monthly closing tasks and P&L statements for assigned Business Units.
  • Actionable Debriefs: Prepare financial performance reports and deliver user-friendly business information to enable optimized short-, medium-, and long-term decision-making.
  • Metrics & Alerts: Analyze real-time indicators, track key targets (Revenue Growth, ROCE, OPEX commitments), trigger alerts in case of deviations, and propose corrective action plans.

3. Drive Value Creation & Corporate Finance

  • Business Advisory: Develop financial models and present data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and address key business challenges.
  • Internal Control & Compliance: Play an active role in risk management, internal control, ensuring compliance with group standards, local norms, and tax/accounting regulations.


We are looking for a person who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis
  • Possesses a solid understanding of financial analysis, performance analysis, and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrates advanced skills in spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Is familiar with financial modeling and data storytelling.
  • Is passionate about sports

  • Is a strong problem-solver, manages deadlines effectively, and thrives in a multicultural environment.

We offer:

  • The starting salary for this position is 2,200- 2,500 euros/mon. gross, the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience.
