We are looking for an FP&A professional to provide accurate financial analysis and reporting, support planning and forecasting processes, and contribute data-driven insights to facilitate effective business decision-making.

Your Mission on the Field:
1. Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Secure Planning Cycles: Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Financial Modeling: Contribute to the development and refinement of financial forecasting models.
- Variance & Strategy Analysis: Perform regular forecasting vs. budgeting variance analysis, assist in deep-dive reviews, and translate business strategies into financial and extra-financial implications.
2. Performance Management & Reporting
- Financial Integrity: Ensure accurate monthly closing tasks and P&L statements for assigned Business Units.
- Actionable Debriefs: Prepare financial performance reports and deliver user-friendly business information to enable optimized short-, medium-, and long-term decision-making.
- Metrics & Alerts: Analyze real-time indicators, track key targets (Revenue Growth, ROCE, OPEX commitments), trigger alerts in case of deviations, and propose corrective action plans.
3. Drive Value Creation & Corporate Finance
- Business Advisory: Develop financial models and present data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and address key business challenges.
- Internal Control & Compliance: Play an active role in risk management, internal control, ensuring compliance with group standards, local norms, and tax/accounting regulations.
We are looking for a person who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Has 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis
- Possesses a solid understanding of financial analysis, performance analysis, and accounting principles.
- Demonstrates advanced skills in spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Is familiar with financial modeling and data storytelling.
- Is passionate about sports

- The starting salary for this position is 2,200- 2,500 euros/mon. gross, the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience.
